California Handsfree Law- Free Headset

Today, California’s Handsfree Law went into effect! That means, no talking on the phone without a handsfree device! If you haven’t yet, you need to make sure you keep a handsfree device with you while driving! There are so many to choose from, how do you know which one is best? You can go to just about any retailer and check them out. Some have many features, some are super simple. 

I found a place you can actually get them for free! FreeHeadSet.org is offering headsets for various cell phones for free! They also have some more featured headsets at extremely discounted prices. A Jabra Boom Headset for $2.50, and if you want to go cordless, a Motorola Bluetooth Headset (model HS-904) for only $27.00. That’s $45.00 off of the regular retail price! 

Sounds like it’s too good to be true… It’s not. Shipping is only $3.94… It’s a bargain! Check it out! I’m just waiting for them to get one for the iPhone!

    If you click on the IPhone icon, the Motorola Bluetooth Headset (model HS-904) shows as the headset offered for that phone.

    I am curious as to what the Motorola HS-904 headset is? There is no information on features and specs for this unit on the FreeHeadset.org website and I could not find this model number on the Motorola website. Furthermore an e-mail to FreeHeadset.org asking for additional information on the HS-904 went unanswered. Made a phone call to the same place and got an automated response to use the e-mail for customer support. That does not leave me with a “warm and fuzzy feeling”. Perhaps people who have purchased the unit have some additional information that they would care to share, since it seems as if the supplier doesn’t!
