Feb 06, 2013 2 Comments by Disclosure

This time of year, we tend to spend a lot of time at home, because it can be so cold outside. Spending time in the house, means you might snack a lot more than you should. One way you can keep from eating too much junk food is to snack on things that are healthier, homemade, and real fruit!

In the video below, I show you how easy it is to make your own dried pineapple fruit snacks and fruit rolls from apple sauce. Both items are 100% real fruit, with no added anything!

To do this, we use the Nesco American Harvest Food Dehydrator, some pineapple slices and apple sauce.

There are a large variety of Food Dehydrators available at every day low prices at your local Walmart and, so take a look around and choose the one that’s right for you!
