activeI have been given the chance to try out the newest game from Namco Bandai called Active Life: Extreme Challenge, and it’s fun! My girls, even at age 4 liked playing it, although I think it was a little difficult for them. It’s yet another product in the line of Wii games that you can get some exercise while just having fun!

There are 15 different games that you can play, like base jumping, rock climbing, skateboarding, BMX and wake boarding. Do you remember that old dancing game that came with a mat and you’d step on the arrows to the beat of the music? Similar concept. The different challenges pop up different steps that keep you moving for the duration of the challenge. You can choose single or multiplayer and you can do the preset challenges, or free play. It’s really pretty cool! Although it will not replace my regular exercise regimen, it’s a fun addition to any exercise routine!
