Taking the Oral Care Challenge with Listerine
It’s candy and sweets season. There’s no two ways about it.
We start off with Halloween- get candy,
Thanksgiving- Pie and dessert
Christmas- candy canes
New Years- All kinds of sweets
You can’t really get away from crazy sweets during this time of year… Which is why I opted us in for the Listerine Oral Care Challenge this year.
I am a little behind in posting this, but we actually started this challenge a few weeks ago, in hopes that if we could really build on the good brushing habits now, maybe it would be a little easier as we get through all of the holidays.
My girls just recently had their checkup, and they, of course, passed with no cavities, and some great compliments. We are just working on flossing and rinsing more, especially since they have lost so many baby teeth and have their adult teeth really growing in!
My girls have been learning a lot more about how tooth health affects a lot more than just their teeth, so I’m excited to see the results of this challenge!
