Too Busy? You May Need Some Balance

Between sports, meetings, school, dance lessons, and well, life… you may forget a meal or two here and there. I do it all the time, and eventually, it catches up to me, in a bad way. I’ll finally get home and start searching the pantry for a quick snack. Usually, it’s something like chips, crackers or cereal… Something easy to grab, but not really all that filling.

I have found better alternatives, are out there, and I have been able to try a few, thanks to Balance Bar!

I was sent a box of each flavor, and have found my two favorites are the Dark Chocolate Pecan Turtle and Chocolate Caramel Peanut Nougat. The other two, Chocolate Peppermint Patty and Dulce De Leche & Caramel are pretty good too…

These Balanbalancebikece bars have made a great snack in between meals, and after big workouts! I have been able to curb my snacking more than a few times after a big swim, which saves me a bunch of frustration when looking for something better than a handful of crackers. I toss a bar in my gym bag before I leave and it’s there for me when I get out of the pool… and flavor-wise—- they’re yummy!

    Life in general makes me too busy to snack sometimes–then I wind up starving and grabbing something that’s junk from the checkout line. . .not a healthy plan.
