Walmart Shareholders’ Meeting 2012

This year, Walmart invited me to attend the 2012 Shareholders’ meeting and I just have to say, it was so much fun. Walmart celebrates 50 years this year, which made it even more exciting.

I was able to attend two years ago as well, and I really couldn’t wait to go back. Every year, the host and performers are a big surprise, and this year, was pretty darn cool.

This year, the host was Justin Timberlake, and we saw performances by the Zac Brown Band, Lionel Ritchie, Taylor Swift, and Celine Dion, among a few others.  It was really a lot of fun!

Of course, it couldn’t be all fun.. It was a meeting after all. We also got to hear a lot of really interesting facts about the business side of Walmart too.
